I ship all orders from Colorado with love and care ✨

Processing Time
All ready-to-ship items typically leave my studio within 3–5 business days. Made-to-order or custom pieces may take longer depending on current volume — estimated timelines will be communicated with you if/when possible.

Shipping Methods
I use USPS, UPS, and other major carriers to get your order to you safely. Shipping options and rates will be available at checkout.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Delivery Issues
Once your package has been handed off to the shipping carrier, it is literally out of my hands. I am not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or delivery errors caused by the postal service. If an issue arises, I am happy to help guide you through the claims process with the carrier — but unfortunately, I cannot refund or replace items due to carrier issues.

Shipping Destinations
I currently ship within the U.S. If you’re outside the U.S. and dying to place an order, shoot me an email and I’ll see what I can do 🙃

Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. I am not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Returns

I want you to love your purchase! Because each item is made in small batches (and many are one-of-a-kind), all sales are final. I do not offer refunds.

However, I understand that shopping online can be tricky. If you’re unhappy with your order for any reason, please contact me at hello@freakysequin.com within 7 days of delivery. In some cases, I can offer a store credit or exchange for unworn items in their original condition.

Custom orders and sale items are always final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and I recommend using a trackable shipping method.
